    A Northern California native, like myself,, with a vast amount of knowledge in home inspection and renovation,, Mr.Lira answered every question I had about his findings and gave me the courtesy of explaining the pros & cons about specific short term fixes I thought would suffice to his findings lol,, making things apparent about what i thought were “short term fixes” were in reality, choices that I would later regret. In the sense of having to spend more later down the line, instead of biting the bullet & going about things the correct way.. Mr.Lira your insight on the matters at hand proved to be tremendously helpful in working towards my ultimate goals with my property and I’m glad I found Lira Home Inspections,, Keep up the awesome work & I’ll keep in touch🙏🏽

    Mitch came out to do mold testing for me on an emergency basis. I called that day in afternoon and he was able to accommodate me on the same day based on situation I was going through. He was very professional and I would recommend him to all friends and family! He was very informative and efficient! Do yourself a favor and make sure to use him for any mold inspection needs.
