I was in need of a four-point inspection for new homeowners’ insurance after my father passed away. My home is a secondary residence, so I was able to give him access without having to be there. He provided a thorough report and even sent me the drone footage his team shot for my records. I needed a mold inspection done quickly for my Client as we were in Contract. Mitch explained how the test worked and the lab's process.
