I found Lira Home Inspections through a recommendation on the Discovery Bay & Brentwood Facebook group. I was in need of a four-point inspection for new homeowners’ insurance after my father passed away. I reached out to Mitch and he quickly got back to me with a time and date he could come to my home and take a look at everything. My home is a secondary residence, so I was able to give him access without having to be there. He provided a thorough report and even sent me the drone footage his team shot for my records. There were some repairs I needed to make and Mitch, the owner of Lira Home Inspections, said he would be willing to come back to do a re-inspection for me if needed. He recently reached out to see if I was still in need of his services, which I appreciate so much. Thankfully after making some repairs, the new insurance company wrote the new policy without issue. I called Lira Home Inspections and asked for help with my carpet. The owner came out personally and cleaned my carpet so good. It looked brand new and he was so polite and respectful. He went above and beyond. Ill definitely be a returning customer!
