I was in need of a four-point inspection for new homeowners’ insurance after my father passed away. I needed a mold inspection done quickly for my Client as we were in Contract. Mitch explained how the test worked and the lab's process. He completed the inspection and drove the report to the lab on a rush. Everything was completed including the report on my hands within a few days. This process can normally take a week.
