A Northern California native, like myself,, with a vast amount of knowledge in home inspection and renovation,, Mr.Lira answered every question I had about his findings and gave me the courtesy of explaining the pros & cons about specific short term fixes I thought would suffice to his findings lol,, making things apparent about what i thought were “short term fixes” were in reality, choices that I would later regret. In the sense of having to spend more later down the line, instead of biting the bullet & going about things the correct way..
