Pool Inspections

Must Hire for inspection !! Great experience with our home inspector Mr Darius ! He was extremely thorough and took his time inspecting the entire property, spending more than 4 hours at the house. I really appreciated that he recorded videos during the inspection and clearly documented his findings. The final inspection report was very detailed, well organized, and helped us understand the condition of the property and the areas that needed attention. He was professional, patient, and paid close attention to details throughout the inspection. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable home inspector!

Mitch did a Great job with the inspection of the home prior to me purchasing. He outlined what was good with the home but also what was not good, providing pesase of mind and being clear on what I was getting into. I purchase the home and his recommendations still hold high. I was also present during inspection and he took the time to explain in detail all his findings, followed by a detailed report that I could later come back too. Great job, highly recomended.

Mitch is incredibly conscientious and detailed in his inspection. I am grateful to have found him as the property he inspected had quite a lot to evaluate and he was very thorough. I cannot recommend Lira Home Inspections more highly! No need to call anyone else.

I really appreciate the prompt response from customer support and how Mitch performed my home inspection on short notice. I had a contract deadline on Closing of a condo which I ended up purchasing. To further express my gratitude and his dedication, Mitch kept his word on delivering the mold inspection to the lab on time so that I had a chance to review the results and rest assured on my final decision on whether or I would purchase the condo. Thank you, Mitch. You came through like a true champion. Your hard work and dedication is appreciated.

Mitch goes above and beyond. He makes sure to check even the most minute details within a home. I have worked in the past with Mitch and will continue to do so. He is very personable and professional with clients. His inspection reports are always easy to read and understand.

Mitch was thorough with his inspection and to the point with any concerns, I would definitely recommend working with him.

As a Broker, who you work with matters—and I was genuinely happy to see Mitch Lira was the home inspector on a recent transaction. I had the opportunity to work with Mitch where I represented the Buyer where he completed the seller’s home inspection. I was genuinely pleased to see his name on the report. His reputation for being thorough and professional gave me immediate confidence, which I was able to pass along to my buyer—especially as they were considering hiring their own inspector. Mitch’s attention to detail, clear reporting, and commitment to educating others (both during inspections and through his social media) truly set him apart. I highly recommend his services and appreciate the level of care and professionalism he brings to every client experience. Thanks for making a difference. You are appreciated.
